Rest Day

Here is a photo that crossfitter David Henry took this past weekend in Jerome, AZ. I have no idea what this is a picture of, but I love it; and, it has CrossFit Phoenix initials. Checkout the rest of his pictures in this slideshow.

"RUNNING BEAR"

4 Rounds for time:
7 reps of the complex
Power clean
Front squat
Push jerk
Back squat
Push jerk

400 meter run

Complete 1 round of seven reps of the complex then run 400 meters, for a total of 4 rounds.
The bar cannot be rested on the ground, even to re-grip,until the athlete finishes all 7 reps, if the athlete does rest the bar on the ground, they must do a penalty of 15 chest-to-bar pull-ups.

20 Double Unders*
10 Burpee tuck jumps

*if you cannot do double unders, substitute 80 singles for each round; then, practice double unders!!!
