23-24 min. 270lbs first 2 sets 225 last 8 my form was getting sloppy, 12 muscle ups, then rest jumping muscle ups

What is the sub for muscle ups? Ring dips and pull ups? If so, how many per muscle up? Thanks!

24:04 with 140# DL and subbed 2X pull ups and ring dips for muscle ups.
