It was so great to see all of you again too, five days is way too short! I was a little sad that James was too scared to stick around the whole time we were there, maybe next time he won't conveniently plan a trip while we are there...haha.

We haven't had the opportunity to really be coached in the past few months so it was very refreshing to get some great advice on technique and form.

Even though this time around seemed to hurt more than I can remember (especially the warm ups), I still loved being there and cant wait to get back for more punishment!
