If, at some point, you cannot complete one round in one minute, then do as many rounds as possible for the remaining amount of time in 20 minutes. If this does occur, rest 5 minutes, then do 8 intervals of bottom to bottom tabata squats.

That was HARD! I didn't know about what to do if I couldn't get a round done in a minute, so when that happened, I still kept going on the minute, but with fewer wall ball shots, so I counted my wall ball shots. I ended up with about 110 wall ball shots, all the push ups and all the box jumps. Oddly enough, I only did the first round rx'd, the rest were fewer wall ball shots... But I did the 20... i guess it's just a slightly different workout.
I am soooo looking forward to a rest day!!!
