PHOENIX – The Phoenix Fire Department has made an arrest in the murder of a firefighter back in 2001. 3TV Bret Tarver, an eight year veteran of the
department, died when he ran out of air while fighting the massive fire
at the supermarket at 35th Avenue and McDowell Road.
The inferno that claimed Tarver's life started in a mound of trash
behind the west Phoenix market, then roared out of control inside.
Tarver got tangled in debris in the back of the store and became
disoriented. Rescuers pulled his body out of the fire just minutes before the building collapsed. The 40-year-old Tarver left behind a wife and three young daughters. The Phoenix Fire Department is holding a press conference at 2 p.m. to announce more details. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Arrest made in supermarket fire

Nice job getting me thinking of my post work out nutrition. The balancing is a fine line for sure, depending on the WO. I am wondering if I am going too high carb post WO...
To help me better dial it in, I wanted to understand which paleo-friendly foods are low carb and which are high-carb. I found the following lists, which are really helpful. They are not entirely paleo, as they contain info on legumes and dairy, but they may also be helpful from a zone perspective:
High protein food list - http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/whattoeat/a/highproteinfood.htm
Low carb veggie list - http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/whattoeat/a/whatveg.htm
Low carb fruit list - http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/whattoeat/a/whatfruit.htm
The low carb lists contain low, medium and high...
I consolidated the lists into one, if you're interested, let me know and I can send it out.
