To help me better dial it in, I wanted to understand which paleo-friendly foods are low carb and which are high-carb. I found the following lists, which are really helpful. They are not entirely paleo, as they contain info on legumes and dairy, but they may also be helpful from a zone perspective:

High protein food list - http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/whattoeat/a/highproteinfood.htm

Low carb veggie list - http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/whattoeat/a/whatveg.htm

Low carb fruit list - http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/whattoeat/a/whatfruit.htm

The low carb lists contain low, medium and high...

I consolidated the lists into one, if you're interested, let me know and I can send it out.
