Rest day yesterday, but not much rest. Today I'll do the crossfit . com w.o.d. Should be interesting, due to the fact that I have been nursing a pulled rhomboid(?) muscle which hurt like hell, but only when I did pullups, I don't know maybe its just pussitis. haha. Anyway Paleo has been going really good. The one thing that I really notice is that if I'm too low on carbs my w.o.d. really suffers, duh. So if you all out there are trying paleo, make sure you eat enough carbs, just no grains, beans, and little starch(sweet potatoes).
